Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior programs across settings.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members in implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and data collection methods.
- Strong understanding of principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
